Review on Maniac Store(Looks like another Timtara - Don't buy anything from them
Maniac store is now looking like another Timtara. Please don’t buy
anything from them. These days they are offering the best prices on some
products but it is to cheat the customers by sending the damaged
products.
I made an order with them on 11th july and shipped on 14th. I immediately found the product as damaged and sent an email to their customer care. Got the prompt reply in hours asking me to send the picture of the damaged products. I immediately responded with the snaps and then responded to me accepting the problem and asking me to “kindly be rest assured”{I should have understood the meaning properly here as ignore it..
} Waited for week for the updated, no reply, then I sent a reminder to them. still no reply till date.
So Thought of sharing this experience as I have seen some of the FPDs from this site in the recent past. I think they slowly started the cheap trick now and following Timtara. I doubt if this is related to Timtara.
I know this is not the correct forum to post this review. But this is the one forum which will be most viewed on DD. Can we ban Maniacstore just like Timtara? Not saying only on the basis of one purchase, I thought about the way their CC is responding to the customer in case of damaged products. Why should we take risk with this kind of store?? and also don’t want to trouble anyone by sharing such deals here
