• This offer is valid on domestic flights (roundtrip) bookings only.
• This offer is valid on bookings made online at www.makemytrip.com, m.makemytrip.com or using MakeMyTrip Mobile App.
• Offer is valid on bookings made using HDFC bank credit cards only.
• Offer is valid on bookings made from 11th November 2013 to 18th November 2013.
• Customer must enter the deal code MMTHDFC1000 to avail the offer.
• If customer fails to enter the correct deal code or does not enter the deal code, he/she shall not be eligible for the offer.
• Only first 1000 bookings per day (00:00 hrs-24:00 midnight) shall be eligible for Rs. 1000 cashback. Post 1000 bookings, customer will be eligible for a cashback of Rs. 500 only.
• Calculation of first 1000 bookings is within sole discretion of MakeMyTrip.
• The cashback will be valid on per booking ID.
• The cashback will be processed within 14 days from the date of booking.
• The offer is not valid on payments made through PayPal account, Cash on Delivery (COD) or EMI options.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer running on MakeMyTrip.
• If customer cancels the booking or if the booking is cancelled due to any reason, the refund will be less cashback amount including any cancellation charges as applicable.
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer to the customers.
• Travel agents by profession are barred from this offer. MakeMyTrip reserves the right to cancel such bookings and forfeit the booking amount.
• In no event the aggregate liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the cashback amount the customer is entitled to receive.

• In the event of any dispute courts of New Delhi will have jurisdiction.
