Free Mts Mblaze Ultra Dongle +10 Gb Data To All Babies Born On26Th March 2014

The offer is applicable only for babies born on 26th March 2014 in the 9 circles where MTS operates.

Parents of the new born will be given 21 days post 26th March to avail the offer (Till 16th April 2014).
Parents of babies born on 26th March 2014 need to register on the MTS India website – www.mtsindia.in, and select the MTS branded retail store in their city from where they would like to avail the offer.
The Offer can only be availed at select MTS Retail Stores.
The offer is only applicable to one of the Parents & not both.
The offer is only applicable for Indian nationals.
To avail the offer, customer will have to provide the following set of documents:
- Original birth certificate issued by a Municipal Authority (for verification purpose)
- Photo copies of Birth Certificate issued by a Municipal Authority, with birth date as 26th March 2014 and complete details of the child’s parents.
- Address Proof and Photo Identity Proof of the parent who is claiming the Gift
- Duly filled CAF along with Photograph of the parent
MTS Retail Store, after checking the complete documents including the Original Birth Certificate, will hand over the MBlaze Ultra dongle, free of cost to the customer.
The dongle will be activated after completion of the verification process as per the regulatory requirements.
