3. Any provision of the these terms and conditions that is declared
invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be
ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without
invalidating or rendering unenforceable the remaining provisions
hereof.
4. Paytm reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue,
prematurely withdraw, postpone, change, alter or modify Service/Offer or
any part thereof at its sole discretion at anytime as may be required
in view of business exigencies and/or changes by TRAI, Department of
Telecom (DOT) and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on
the Subscriber.
5. Paytm is a platform owned by One97 Communications Ltd (hereinafter
referred to as “One97”). One97 is the owner of the

site (Collectively referred to as “Paytm”) hence all the rights,
